Refunds & Exchanges
We accept refunds and exchanges in certain conditions.
Within certain conditions we will happily accept a refund within 14 days of orders receipt (UK) and 21 days (international customers). Items that are eligible for return must be in the original packaging, unworn with all labels still attached. The item should still completely be intact (i.e. buttons and zippers on shorts). However, we cannot accept returns on some items. These are sale items, items bought using a discount code, intimates, or accessories. Our custom shorts are non-refundable, as they are made to order.
Reciept/proof of purchase is required when requesting a refund. To do this, email email@example.com requesting a refund and using the subject “REFUND REQUEST” and we will reply with a returns form for you to print and include in the package. All shipping costs must be covered by you (the customer) when it is sent back to IA.
Approval of Refund
We will email you to notify if your refund has been accepted or rejected. If accepted, your refund will be processed and the credit will be restored to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
Items that are the wrong size may be exchanged, you should email firstname.lastname@example.org using the email subject “EXCHANGE REQUEST” otherwise we may not respond to the email. We will email you an exchange form. All costs of shipping back to us must be covered by you (the customer). If you are shipping items back worth more than £20, you should consider using trackable postage. We are not liable for any items lost in the post during this process.
