How long will it take to get my order?

Once your order is made, it takes 2-3 working days for us to process your order, if every item is in stock. Please make sure you are aware of the stock status of each item that you purchase before you place an order. Once your order has been fulfilled we usually say deliver takes up to 4 days within the UK, and from 7-10 days within europe & America, or up to 3 weeks internationally. If this time has passed, please make sure you check the tracking number that we send to you (so you can see where your parcel is) before alerting us that you don't have it!

 

How long will my item be on preorder?

If an item contains "Preorder" in the title, note you are preordering it. Items such as beanies generally go on sale maximum 4 weeks after they have been put up for preorder, however this is worst case scenario and we aim to put most items up on general sale (once stocked) within 2-3 weeks of being put on preorder.

 

If you are ordering an item already in stock, it should be dispatched to you within 1-3 days of your order. We will email you to confirm when your order has been dispatched and is on its way to you.

 

If you are ordering items that are already in stock AND ANOTHER ITEM THAT IS ONLY ON PREORDER, your order will only be dispatched to you once all items you have ordered are in stock. To get around this, you can order stocked items in one order, and then the preorder items in another.

 

When will *item name* be back in stock?

We aim to restock our items a few weeks after they sell out, so just keep an eye out on the site, as they may be put back up for pre-order or may be in stock sooner than you think!

 

How much is this in *currency*?

As we ship worldwide, we understand that you want to shop in your own currency. As we accept payments via PayPal, the correct amount will be changed from GBP to whatever currency you deal with. If you want to be sure of this before your purchase, please use an online currency converter to see how much you’ll be paying. Google is highly recommended.

 

Do you ship to my country?

The likelihood is that we do. We ship worldwide.

 

Why do I have to pay extra when my package gets here?

If you’re international customer you may have to pay extra for customs when your package arrives. Please note that we are not responsible for this and are not liable to pay any extra charges that may occur when your products reach you.

 

 

How do I return a package?
